What to Expect

puppy1.pngWhen you first come in, you will be greeted by our front office staff.  We recommend bringing in any medical history you have of your pet upon your first visit.  If possible, keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life. Include things like behavior, behavioral changes, and diagnosis from previous vets.  If you have something like this, please share it with our office staff.  If not, let us know anything that you think may be important. First time clients will need to fill out new client information prior to going in to an exam room.

Once ushered into a room, either one of our Technicians or Veterinarians will enter and start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit, gathering data. Once the exam is complete, the Doctor will discuss your options, which may include lab work or radiographs. At this point feel free to ask any questions you have.

After your visit, you will be escorted to the front lobby again in which the front office staff will handle your invoicing as well as any follow up that may be needed.  If things are not completely clear, please do not leave without asking a staff member your questions.  If they don't know the answer, they can find someone who does.
